2025

Sustainable Business Practices 

With the construction of a new 3-megawatt photovoltaic plant on a 19,000-square-meter open space, we are taking another step toward sustainable energy supply. The plant covers approximately 20 percent of our electricity needs and supplements the energy supply at the Gosheim site with an additional source of renewable energy.

Repeated Recognition

90 Years of Schuler – Company Anniversary

Construction of a new production hall (3,000 m²)

Certification according to the automotive standard ISO/TS 16949

High-bay warehouse

Growth requires storage space. Schuler invests in an automated high-bay warehouse. At the same time, the company successfully completes ISO 14001 environmental certification.

2002

Complete Relocation

Plant 1 and Plant 2 are consolidated at the Am Forchenwald 7 location in Gosheim. At the same time, the production area is expanded to 10,000 m².

1997

Takeover

Management is handed over to Bernd and Martin Schuler. Opening of the new Plant 2 location at Am Forchenwald in Gosheim.

1985

Expansion

New production facilities require more space. The production area is expanded to 1,700 m².

New construction

Relocation of production to the newly constructed production facility on Weiherstraße in Gosheim.

New customers from the automotive industry

First deliveries to automotive customers Bosch and Ford. Relocation of production to Hohenbergstraße in Gosheim.

Takeover by Bernhard Schuler

Following Robert Schuler’s accidental death, Bernhard Schuler takes over the company at the age of 19.

Start of turned parts production

Takeover and entry into the turned parts manufacturing business by Robert Schuler, Lembergstraße, Gosheim.

Instrument maker

Manufacture of surgical and dental instruments by Bernhard Schuler, Hauptstraße, Gosheim.

First Steps

First documented mention of the mechanical workshop of “Mechanikus Schuler” in Gosheim.
