Take advantage of the benefits Schuler offers

Schuler has been there for its apprentices for more than 35 years and does everything to ensure that they pass their exams with top marks.  According to the motto "completely dual", you will spend your first year as technical apprentice in the company and not in a vocational school . In our modern training centre with top-of-the-line technical equipment, a qualified master instructor will work closely with you.

We offer certified apprenticeships and offer our trainees individual and comprehensible support as well as additional classes within our company to provide greater clarity.  You will benefit from comprehensive practical experience by being trained in the various departments and you will experience cross-team training in apprentice projects such as our Trainee Racing Team.  By maintaining close contact to vocational schools, we are coordinating the content of your education in the classroom and in our company.

We are offering our apprentices an attractive remuneration package:

  • Thanks to our "Completely Dual" programme, we are offering technical apprentices more money right away because they do not spend their first year in a vocational school. 
  • We offer 30 days of holiday per year

You're not old enough to get driving license or don't own a car? There are no means of public transportation near you or you can't catch a ride?

No problem: The Schuler Apprentice Bus picks up apprentices who have no other means of reaching Schuler for their apprenticeship and also drops them off again after work.  Fast, reliable and safe.
