Other benefits we offer
Schuler Trainee Racing Team- Technology, team spirit, speed!
Since 2009, the Schuler Trainee Racing Team has been competing in the annual soapbox race in Gosheim—with great success! Behind these annual victories lies true skill: our second-year trainees design, develop, and build their race soapboxes entirely on their own. From the initial sketch to the finished race car—this is where knowledge is put into practice. Through this team project, the trainees learn what true collaboration means, while honing their technical precision, creativity, and team spirit. The race is more than just a competition: it is a highlight of the training program—and proof of just how much passion, expertise, and fun goes into every training program at SCHULER.
