Choosing a profession should not be left up to chance.
That is why Schuler is very much involved in providing career guidance at regional schools – no matter which type of secondary school it is.  We invite students, parents and teachers to visit our company.  Through internships, we give students the chance to gain initial experience, we offer projects and trainings, and visit schools to provide information on job descriptions and opportunities.  We are working closely with the technical secondary school in Heuberg, the comprehensive school in Aldingen and the secondary schools in Gosheim/Wehingen.  Through company tours, internship and project work, up to 80 students per year get to know our company from the inside.  In addition, we open our doors each year for the "Open House", the "Girls Day" and our "Apprenticeship Day" to give interested students a first-hand look at the work environment at Schuler.

We actively support project days and weeks at schools – even by providing students with a shuttle service to and from our company. Under the motto of "From inquiry to delivery" we play out the processes that take place in a business.  A presentation from Schuler apprentices introduces the students to the subject as well as our production.  The students then manufacture a part themselves in the practical part before a little quiz rounds out the simulation with practical elements. In addition, we also assist secondary school students who have to complete a project: We assist a team of two students with the production of a workpiece and the associated documentation. 

Furthermore, we provide schools with the opportunity to hold their technology classes in our company.
